1. Products and Orders

All products are sold by Brodigi Media LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but do not guarantee that colors, dimensions, or other details shown on your screen reflect the exact appearance of the product.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

3. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

All shipments are made FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point). This means:

• Title to the goods passes to you at the point of shipment, which is the moment the goods are tendered to the carrier at our supplier's or manufacturer's facility.
• Risk of loss transfers to you at the point of shipment. Once the goods are delivered to the carrier, you bear all risk of loss, damage, or delay during transit.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or delay that occurs after the goods have been tendered to the carrier.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

For the avoidance of doubt, the sale is completed and title transfers at the point of origin (the shipping facility), not upon delivery to your address. This is a shipment contract, not a destination contract.

4. International Shipments

Products may ship directly from international manufacturing or fulfillment locations. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or jurisdiction. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Personalized, custom, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@vonriche.com.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
